This older family home had the older style lights and air vent fittings, lots of cream and wooden mission brown trim that was structurally sound but presented an opportunity to modernise with fresh colours.

SCOPE OF WORK
Repair and repaint the entire home. This included the kitchen, lounge, living rooms, bathrooms, laundry and bedrooms.
The work included remedial work to repair poorly repainted surfaces – lots of orange peel texture. Repairs to cracks in the ceilings, patching and repairs to plaster work where light fittings and various air extraction, light fittings and power points had been relocated or removed.
We completed a French Wash Feature wall in two rooms.
We created a feature front door using the owners favourite colour.
